International Shipping Disclaimer

We are pleased to offer international shipping; however, please note the following important information:

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We have no control over these charges, and they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

• Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot influence these processes, and such delays are outside of our control.

• Tracking: Some international shipping services provide limited tracking once the package leaves the United States. While we do our best to keep you informed, tracking updates may not always be available after departure from the U.S.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times for international orders can range from 2–6 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery windows.

• Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If an international package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid duties/taxes, incorrect address, or other reasons, it may be returned to us at your expense or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, refunds may be limited to the product price only, and reshipping fees may apply.

• Returns: At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
